When you acquire a piece from Studio Himalo, you are not entering a transactional checkout; you are participating in the preservation of Himalayan heritage.

• The Mark of the Human Hand: Because every single piece is hand-forged, hand-beaten, or hand-painted over weeks or months, minor asymmetry, natural material variances, and subtle tool marks are not defects. They are the beautiful, unique fingerprints of the artisan and proof of genuine craftsmanship.

• Inquiries & Returns: If a piece arrives and does not resonate with your intentional home sanctuary, please notify our concierge within 7 days of delivery. Because these are incredibly high-value, fragile spiritual items, returns must be coordinated directly through our team, packed in their original custom wooden crates or archival tubes, and fully insured at the patron's expense.

• Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that a masterpiece suffers damage during transit over the Himalayas, notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence of the crate and the piece. We will immediately handle the insurance claim and work directly with the workshop to arrange a priority repair, a replacement, or a full refund.
